George Loudos
Co-Founder & CEO at BIOEMTECH
Dr. George Loudos is a highly accomplished individual, serving as the co-founder and CEO of BIOEMTECH. His primary focus lies in the development of cutting-edge imaging systems for preclinical and nanomedicine drug research. After a successful academic career, Dr. Loudos redirected his efforts toward designing and creating innovative products and services that enhance the efficiency of research groups worldwide, offering high performance at an affordable cost. BIOEMTECH, under his leadership, has established its own state-of-the-art facilities at the Technological Park Lefkippos of Demokritos research center, encompassing an animal facility, in vitro and in vivo imaging labs, and a radiochemistry lab. Recently, BIOEMTECH secured funding from Metavallon Venture Capital to bolster its sales, marketing, and international market expansion initiatives. George obtained his Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens in 1998 and 2003, respectively. He currently holds the position of Assistant Professor at the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of West Attica, a testament to his commitment to academia.
