Dr Lilian Balatsou is a Cognitive Neuroscientist and AI Evangelist. She holds a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from Bangor University, UK and she has thoroughly investigated the intersection between the language and the human brain. She is also an AI Evangelist in the Conversational AI industry, helping companies with the best tools and strategies to use AI and language. She has worked in numerous digital transformation projects for large enterprises in telecommunication and banking in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She is a passionate speaker and activist for Women in STEM and in 2021 she founded the digital campaign Greek Girls Code, for which she earned the Social Action Award 2023 by the British Council.
